1. General Conditions

  • Contracting Party: The Site Bazario.pk is operated by Eclairios Solution. All purchases made on the Site are subject to these Terms of Purchase.

  • Eligibility and Consent: You must be at least 12 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 12 years of age; AND
  • If you are under 18 years old, you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to make this purchase and agree to these Terms. Your parent or guardian accepts responsibility for your purchase and adherence to these Terms.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Purchase at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Products and Availability

Product Description: We aim to be accurate in the description, pricing, and visual representation of our high-quality clothing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.


Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you immediately and may offer a substitute or cancel the item.


Pricing: All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


3. Order Acceptance and Payment

Order Confirmation: Placing an order is an offer to purchase; it does not constitute acceptance.


Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or security concerns.


Payment Method (Cash on Delivery - COD):

  • Payment for all orders must be made in PKR at the time of delivery to the courier agent.

  • We reserve the right to conduct a telephone verification/confirmation for all COD orders before dispatching. Failure to confirm the order may lead to cancellation.

  • NO COD FEE: As stated in our Delivery Policy, there is no additional service fee for choosing Cash on Delivery.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, Bazario.pk reserves the right to block the customer's account from placing future COD orders.


4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Policy: Delivery times and terms are outlined in our dedicated Delivery Information Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the timelines and terms stated therein.


Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.


Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.


5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Governing Policy: All returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Returns & Exchange Policy.


Condition: Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.


Refunds: Since payment is made via COD, refunds will be processed as a bank transfer, digital wallet payment, or store credit as per the Returns Policy after the returned item is inspected and approved.


6. Limitation of Liability

Eclairios Solution (Bazario.pk) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of any product.


Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.


7. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
