Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality apparel purchase from Bazario.pk. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
1. General Policy Guidelines
Policy Period: We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange Window starting from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags, packaging, and the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, hosiery, or swimwear. Items marked as "Final Sale" are also excluded.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide Details: You must provide your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).
Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address for shipping the item back.
3. Exchanges (Size/Color Swap)
- We facilitate exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will process the return as a refund or store credit.
Shipping Costs for Exchange:
- The customer is initially responsible for the courier costs of sending the item back to us.
- Upon successful inspection of the returned item, Bazario.pk will reimburse the customer PKR 250 along with the replacement item to cover the cost of the return courier.
- Bazario.pk will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you
Since your original payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds will be processed using an alternative method:
Refund Method: Funds will be transferred via Bank Transfer (IBAN/Account Number required) or Digital Wallet Transfer [JazzCash, EasyPaisa].
Refund Value: We will deduct 250Rs from full price of the product upon successful inspection of the return and also customer is responsible for sending the old product back.
Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically 2-3 business days after arrival), the refund will be initiated. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your chosen account.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
If Our Error: If the return is due to a mistake by Bazario.pk (e.g., defective item, wrong item/size sent), we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return, either by arranging a free pickup or reimbursing your courier expense.
Change of Mind/Wrong Size Ordered: If you are returning the item for reasons not due to our error, you will be responsible for the cost of safely returning the item to us.
