2. Processing and Delivery Time

Our delivery is divided into two key stages to keep you informed:

Order Processing: We require 1 to 2 business days to verify, pack, and dispatch your order.

Delivery Transit: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to reach your location.

Total Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the time of purchase.

Please Note: While we aim for the fastest delivery, please allow the full 7-day transit window for deliveries to remote areas, Balochistan, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).

3. Shipping Costs: Always FREE!

We offer the simplest, most transparent pricing structure:

Standard Shipping Fee: FREE on ALL ORDERS across Pakistan and AJK, with no minimum spend required.

Cash on Delivery (COD): FREE. We do not charge any additional service fees for choosing to pay via Cash on Delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your unique tracking number.
